Two ways of working with the same principle: understand the problem before proposing a solution, and take ownership of what gets delivered. Technical leadership is part of both; it is not a separate management service.
01 Hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer and/or Tech Lead
Development
I join the team to build and evolve the system: from the database to the interface, with architecture decisions, testing and code review as part of delivery. My deepest experience is in Ruby on Rails, with React and TypeScript in production. I also work with Python, Shell and Rust tooling when the problem calls for automation or integration.
When it helps
- The product needs a senior engineer who owns features end to end without a detailed spec for every task.
- A Rails application has grown and needs to evolve without every change becoming a risk.
- The team needs technical leadership from someone who keeps writing and reviewing code.
- The project involves international clients or teams and calls for direct communication about deadlines and expectations.

Understanding
I start with business rules, constraints and the existing code before proposing a solution.
Decision
I lay out alternatives and trade-offs so the decision is shared and recorded.
Implementation
Quality code, tests that describe behavior and changes small enough to review.
Evolution
I follow what reaches production, fix what comes up and suggest process improvements when I find bottlenecks.

Technical consulting
For teams that need a second opinion, a diagnosis or a concrete plan on a specific topic. The scope follows the problem and my relevant experience; I do not assume equal depth in every tool I know.
When it helps
- An architecture decision is on the table and the team wants to weigh trade-offs with an outside view.
- Technical debt is slowing delivery down and there is no plan to reduce it gradually.
- Tests exist but do not inspire confidence, or code review has become a formality.
- The team adopted AI in development and wants criteria to keep quality and security.
